Disappointing Performance Despite Nice Design

Unfortunately, the performance was underwhelming. It barely charges my iPhone 15 to 50% before running out of battery. For a 5,000mAh device, I expected much better output. While it feels solid and is easy to carry around, it just doesn't deliver enough power to be truly useful. I wouldn’t recommend it if you're looking for something reliable to get you through a full day.

I went four times to BEST BUY customer service - one hour drive, and No Clear Instructions were provided to me. Very bad customer service.

Sorry the runtime didn’t meet your expectations. A heated vest draws significantly more power than a phone, so a 5,000mAh power bank can drain much faster—often within the kind of timeframe you experienced.

He has only used it once to confirm it would work with his phone. He seems to be satisfied with it although it doesn’t charge the phone to full charge. I’m assuming that this is normal.
