I've had this portable charger for a year or so now, pretty good for when I need to make big trips and haven't had time to charge my phone. No longer need to worry about conserving battery and can do what I need when I need. Charging does take a while, but it lasts for quite a time too.

This battery pack is super lightweight and it actually charges faster than I had anticipated. I use it a lot because it fits in my purse without taking up too much space and I love that you could use two different kinds of chargers to charge it

Did the job. Used it on a backpacking trip. It was a little disconcerting how the lights on the side acted; it wasn't clear that they would turn off after charging it and unplugging it, but they did eventually turn off.

This came in handy at the worst time. My car battery died and my phone was about to die. I was stuck in a parking lot with 7% left on my phone battery. Luckily I had this charged the night before and had it in my purse. It fully charged my phone and I was able to call roadside assistance. It definitely saved the day. I had just picked it up 2 days prior. I told my best friend the story. She went out and bought one the same day. It is well worth it and a great price!

Charges pretty fast and can almost fully charge my phone twice. I use it in my work truck as I don't trust the power output of vehicles. Its a decent fast charge so its done in about an hour.

I purchased this to replace an old portable battery charger that I had. It was no longer functional and could not be used for either of my smart phones. I liked that it charged quickly, even being plugged into my laptop. I can also use it for both my iPhone and Android.

The product is satisfactory considering its price point. Given its cost of $9, one shouldn't anticipate high-end quality. While it functioned adequately, it lacked compatibility with newer phones. Nevertheless, I've repurposed it as a backup for my older device.

I needed a battery pack for my extended amount of time in the ballpark. This does the job. It's the size of a regular phone. Easy to use - plug n play. So far it's holding up its charge. No complaints.

This is for the 5,000 mAh model. Reviews for this product seem to mix the batteries of different capacities, making it hard to make apples to apples comparisons. Anyhow, we bought this to have an extra battery on a trip we’ll be taking soon. I went for the lowest capacity version, since I’m trying to keep backpack weight to a minimum. It charged an iPhone 12 Mini from about 15 percent to full in a couple of hours. I’m satisfied.

I bought this battery as a back up for my phone. It was the first time I had been in a Best Buy in many many years(we do not have one nearby) the great gift that came with this purchase was the excellent Customer Service we received. It was amazing.

We purchased this since we finally discontinued our home land line. We needed something to charge our phones and ipad in case of a power outage. The product came 75% charged so we charged to 100%. I really would not call this slim and it is very heavy. I tested it charging my phone and it did what it was suppose to do. We will only use it as a back up when needed. You can charge two phones at the same time, the unit will hold the charge for 72 hours.

Excellent device with very good charge duration and has helped me on long trips where I am many hours without being able to charge the phone. It is super light and super useful.

[Employee of bestbuy] I use this in my car for my bluetooth adapter. Whenever it runs out i plug it in for 20 or 30 minutes and its charged well enough to get me another 2 or 3 days. Energizer is always the way to go.

Great little charger to give to a kid. My son is always letting his phone die so I pick him one up for Christmas. Small, compact and lightweight now there is no reason not to have a charged phone.

I bought for my daughter and you can only use the regular usb output to charge your phone the usb-c type is only to charge the battery

Works as intended until otherwise. Slim and fits in pockets. Only changes your phone about once and a half. Wish there was type-c to type-c charging instead usb.

Recharges fast, it's a good size too. I needed something that would fit in my holster next to my phone this is it. it's just 10K MAH but does the trick for a few recharges to phone and tablet . Recommended

I think its great! It charges my phone completely! It also holds a charge well, if you leave it for a couple days its battery will be the same as it was! honestly love this powerbank and would buy it again!
