Very good price, with battery shelf life of 4-5 years, why not buy in bulk? Save a few trips along the year

It seemed like I was always running out of batteries so I decided to switch over to rechargeable batteries. These batteries are Nickel metal hydride type and far superior to the nickel cadium of past generation rechargeable They hold their charge better and keep their power far more steady thru the discharge curve. When ever they do run down I just pop them into the charger and go back to work with my spares.

The best batteries ever. Nothing beats energizer.

For the price, good old alkaline batteries can't be beat. Ordinary batteries don't last at all, and you wind up throwing piles of them in the trash. The new wonder-lithium batteries are probably great. But they are so expensive I haven't bought many. Two dollars a battery for penlight (AA) batteries is a bit much. And now I see they have "ultra-lithium" which costs even more. Unless I'm trekking across Alaska I will stick with alkaline cells, and just carry extras. The shelf life on these guys is very good, too.

Great rechargeable batteries! Even though pricy up front, the savings begin to pile up after the 5th time charging. I have charged these over 30x. They also hold a charge for 6 months and longer. I use these for security alarm, flash lights, touchless kitchen faucet, outdoor solar floodlights, toys, and basically everything that needs batteries.

What can I say, they are batteries. Good quality, good deal, and Best Buy price matched Amazon to make it even better.

I thought this as a fiarly decent price being on sale and for the brand. However, i sure wish Best Buy would bring back their batteries!
