    Ive been using these for quite some time and they can take a beating. 500+hrs of gaming. Charge after charge. They just stop working for more then 1½hrs after a while. They still work fine for less powerfull devices tho.

    Our family always purchases batteries from Best Buy. The reason is that we can be sure they are fresh. Since most of our electronic items are dependent on batteries, we can also be assured that the sizes we need are on the shelf. Best Buy Associates always rotate stock and check expiration dates.

    These batteries last a long time. We have purchased private brands in the past and noticed that it does not last as long as Energizer. We use these for lighting outside of our residence. When weather is factored in (heat & cold), it seems that this last much longer than the private brands. Worth paying a bit more for this.

    I use this AA-size battery in ever so many devices ... from television remotes to clocks, so this 24-pack of Energizer batteries will keep me in good stead for some time.
