I just purchased these a few days ago but have been using them for several years. They seem to maintain appropriate voltage and last for a long time. Also, they do not drip if left in a device without use for several months.

I've found Energizer batteries to be more reliable than Duracell especially when it comes to leaking.

I have used Energizer max batteries for flashlights, remote controls, door openers etc., and they work exactly what you would expect from a battery. They last a long time and a great price deal.

These are good batteries. They work. I got them for free using my points.

Needed to replace my thermostat batteries. Opened my thermostat, batteries had leaked all over. Hard to get corroded batteries out. When finally did, checked brand- -Of course they were Duracells. Duracell leaked inside my remote, too, so I couldn't get the battery cover off w/o help. Many stored Duracells leaked inside their unopened packages so they're a waste of money to stock up on for emergencies. I spent an hour cleaning the wet acid and corrosion off the interior parts of my thermostat, then replaced batteries with Energizer batteries.

Let me tell you what I was skeptical at first but these batteries just keep going and going and never stop I bet these will last the next 10 years in my television remote control. What more could a guy ask for?!?energizer MAX is the way to go!
