I have a battery checker, it tells me the life left in my batteries. Whenever I test these before use they are always full even if they have sat for a while (in the package). only have to change the remote battery twice a year or less where as the ones from the dollar store only last a couple of months and are never a full charge to begin with. Worth the extra $

They are batteries. Pretty much work the way they are supposed to. I will say they last much longer than store brand and they are our preferred batteries for our hotel locks

ENERGIZER BATTERIES ARE BY FAR THE BEST CHOICE WHEN LONGEVITY IS A MUST. IN THE LONG RUN THEY ARE AS ECOMONICAL AS OFF BRANDS AS THEY LAST ALOT LONGER.

Now a day the flash lights went from Double A's to Triple A's. Same as battery operated Razors, etc. You will go through these batteries faster due to many items utilize the Triple A's especially during power outage due to storms. I buy at least 2 packages of these batteries. This particular brand does last longer.
