I usually wait until these go on sale before I purchase these. Not other brands may not deliver the same, it's more the fact of advertising and the bunny prancing around like he knows whom will finish the endurance challenge. Yes, I do use the in the "AAA" flashlight around my home and on the road with my RV and with kids or at Camp Meeting. I guess as the saying goes - You get what you pay for. My dealing with Energizer battery have proved that many many times.

I have been using energizer batteries for many years. It seems that they last a little longer than other brands and I have never had any problems with leaking and damaging.
