Why because his mother could not afford Christmas gifts so I figured she could afford to by replacement batteries and I remembered receiving a gift of a race car set but it only ran on batteries. When they were dead the fun was over.

I really like the rechargeable batteries for their environmental qualities. Picked up in store and was super easy, quick, and convenient. Would repurchase.

Rechargeable Batteries -- the Only Way to Go

If they are old, they might be dead right out of the package. Any if you have a battery backup for say a clock, you never know if it will work when it needs to work. Rechargeable batteries solve all of these problems.

Gets the Job Done

Regular batteries would be drained even if the light was not in use. Having a rechargeable 9 volt solves the problem.

Careful...

This purchase, however, was a bit different than expected. I bought this battery for a in-ear monitor system, and the dimensions of the battery seem to be a bit small? I've tried the battery in multiple units and the power to the unit is interrupted multiple times - due to the battery not making a proper connection. Not sure if this is the case for all of the batteries, but I'd just be careful about using this battery for something extremely important. If you have to attach the battery to the device, I'm sure it would be ok, but the IEM units don't have the piece that snaps onto the battery. It's installed much like a AA/AAA battery.
