Batteries under advertised power

Like the charge monitor and faster than the economy charger. Batteries are only 2000 mah (advertised as 2400 mah which was a selling point for me.) Terrible consistency in getting the advertised power in the charger kits. Best Buy no better than Amazon in this regard.
