I keep the mouse on all the time so it is helpful to have a backup for when the power gets low. I swap them out about once every couple of weeks. These batteries are durable and reliable.

A charge usually lasts my controllers 8-10 hours and using them almost daily they are good for about 3 years. Better than the power packs for the Xbox as I can use them on other things as well.

Then they can recharge by placing in the freezer and are good to use for a couple of weeks until I get to the store to get some more.

Perfect for Xbox controllers

I never got the rechargeable battery packs that you hook up to the Xbox. Instead I've used these rechargeable AA's for years now and they keep on working. I just bought another pack recently for my son's leap frog tablet. They work well.
