Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.only buy energizer now. have had too many items ruined with duracell batteries. they leak acid over past 2 years. have had unopened packages (with pkg. saying good for 10 years) leak in the unopened pkgs. contacted duraacell, sent the bad packages to duracell as requested the sent some coupons to replace. still bad leaks,AA, AAA, 9V. energizer good so far.

Normally I would buy the play and charge but I don't like the price I'd have to pay for those. Anywho, these are the power plus batteries, which I think have about 500 more mAh than the standard 1700. Doesnt particularly matter to me but I'd imagine it gives my controllers extra life, and if you're adding these to a emergency survival kit then these will definitely be better than the regular disposable one. They do get a little warm when charging but so far I haven't had a problem yet. Fingers crossed it stays that way

Better than Duracell
