The game is great, but pre-order pickup was a pain

However, I had trouble when trying to pick up my order. I was sent an email claiming that my order was ready for pickup a full day before the game was released. Obviously, I couldn't retrieve my order when the email was sent to me (which I tried to do due to the email) and was disappointed with the automation process behind the order status emails.

Great idea to save our planet & money

I haven't needed to use them, but I'm sure they're fine.
