Wrong batteries.

We had already open d the pack so didn’t return them. Your customer service guy didn’t know and sold us the wrong ones. Batteries plus sold us the correct ones. Not all rechargeable batteries are the same.

Batteries or are okay

Inserted into the toy and did not work properly very low like it was a dead battery. Will continue to recharge and see if they work any better but not impressed for a rechargeable battery for that price.
