The user manual is HORRIBLE..

Betrayal and dishonest.

An employee told me that i can magnetically connect to my phone for wirelessly charge but it wound up not being true. Best Buy, you lied to me once again.

Bad do not buy

Good affordable portable charger

It stops charging for no reason & I have to keep unplugging and replugging it in to reset it. I used to have a Pocket Juice one but I upgraded my iPhone and the plugs changed of course so I had to get a new one. The new pocket juice charger was heavy and I like it for traveling, hiking, theme parks, etc so I wanted a light weight one plus I liked that you could just set your phone on top of this one. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. This one was cheaper and I thought it’d work fine because it’s Energizer but I’ve been very unhappy with it. Can’t return it now but I will be going ahead and getting the Pocket Juice one because that was very reliable.

Beware

Fails You When You Need It Most
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The whole point of a power pack is to not need to plug into a wall receptacle. This power pack would work for a while and then when I would try to use it again, it would not turn back on. If I plugged the power pack in to charge, it would work again immediately, like it was being reset. I had to plug it in several times on one amusement park trip. That is exactly what you DON'T want in a power pack.

Eveready power bank for cellphone 10 mAh
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this last week in Pensacola, charged it & used it ONE time to charge my cellphone, then it refused to be charged again. I am not in the town I bought it in & dint have my receipt with me. Wanted to have hubby take pics of receipt so i could exchange it here in PA but dont think they will exchange it here with a picture of the receipt on my phone. DONT BUY ONE!
