    This power bank seemed to have all the bells and whistles - a USB A and C port, a screen that displayed how much power was left, etc. However, I bought it in October 2024, and after only using it about 20 times or so, it stopped working altogether in August 2025. It died while charging my iPhone and then would not take a charge from the wall. I contacted Engergizer for a replacement as it was under warranty, but I would not recommend this at all.

    A few months ago started a driving job and needed a portable power bank. This product had really good reviews and decided to give it a try. It is really lightweight, compact and easy to use. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. After two months the LCD indicator stopped working and later on it didn’t charged at all. I have to let it sit on empty charge for a days to reset it and then it works again, which I feel it doesn’t supposed to happen. Reached out to the store who directed me to the manufacturer and the manufacturer directed me somewhere else. The last people I contacted said I had to contact the manufacturer. I got frustrated of going in circles and finally gave up. I am stuck with a product that doesn’t work as it should. Overall my experience with this product hasn’t been good.
