Fast charging but doesn't meet expectations. 80% power was only able to charge my Samsung Galaxy s24+ from 46% to 82% before it died. Considering my battery is 4900 mAh and the powerbank is 10000 mAh, 80% should've at least been 1 full charge from 0% to 100%. Worst part is I can't even return the item anymore.

It stopped working after a couple months. It literally just stopped working it wasn’t due to user error or nothing. It charges with it works.

It was an ok product. It seems to work at described. Would love the option to charge via usb c port.

It worked great when I was able to use it. But after the second use, had it hooked up to my phone while driving cross-country, drained it the charge on the block and now it no longer turns on and won't charge back up. The LCD display is just black, no response to anything. Not worth it.

Stopped working after two months lol. Power button was unreliable, battery would suddenly drain, took literal days to fully recharge. Not worth it

I bought it in Nov. Barely used it few times and now battery won't charge. It just displays 00 blinking as if battery is charging but it doesn't actually charge. The display remains stuck at 00. Really disappointed - expected more from energizer as a brand given that their AA batteries are good. So one would think they can design a power bank easily but nope

Doesn’t charge after a few days of purchase. Says it is Apple IPhone capability but my cord does not fit.

I ordered next day online delivery. After two days, I get a text saying the item was out for delivery. Waited until 10pm. Then I get another text saying the driver returned the item to the store. So, I guess Best Buy delivery can do what they want when it come to deliveries. The text also said a refund will be given. Huh! I never asked for a refund. Box store always whine about competing with online merchants. I also try to buy from the local retailer. After this issue, I decided to order my item from another merchant and it will be delivered today. This is not the first time I've had issues with Best Buy online purchases. Never again!! At least it's one less app I need on my phone.

This product was delivered on October 1st, I realized it wasnt working at all a couple days after Best Buy's return policy date. The manufacturer did not cooperate with resolving this problem eithet. This is the third item that I've purchased in the last year and a half that was faulty from Best Buy. Makes me wonder.

Its cheap and drains out of nowhere. Dont buy no energizer product.

Charge strength very weak?and i will not recommend it to anyone

I purchased this about a month ago, charged it after opening, and used it once to charge my phone. When I tried to use it again a week later, it was completely discharged and wouldn't work. I attempted to recharge it, but it’s not taking any charge and won’t turn on. I'm really disappointed.

Battery pack failed after 3 wks. % Charged display very, very inaccurate. While charging my samsung phone displayed % would wildly drop 10 to 30% within 10 min. Barely had enough juice to charge my phone, while taking hrs and hrs to recharge. Get a different brand and at least 20,000.

Charged my iPhone once after that you cannot charge it anymore and it totally black out. Waste of money. Cannot use it anymore. Used only once. If there’s zero star I would put zero. As in negative!!

Don’t buy. I’ve pitched two of these within two years just to test my theory. Both didn’t last six months

I've had the battery for three days. Charged it to full once and tried it out. Worked fine. But when i started using it to charge my phone, a day later, the battery was completely gone. Not dead, because when i was charging it, it was at 60% charge. It stopped charging entirely, and the LED was off entirely.

Did not last a month and quite disappointed I was unable to get a return the item because the return was so short it was too late. I love purchasing from Best buy so I will not allow this one item to detour me from future purchases but this charging device.

Bought it and only had about a week of use on it before it died and didn’t want to hold charge anymore

This charger lasted about 3 full charges. I used it a few days. Ive tried different chargers and cables and it still wont charge at all.

It should be bale to charge my ohkne 3 times, but barely charges it once even when im not using it.
