Fully charged. Almost completely empty

I planned on using it but never really did. Tonight a need arose for it but I go to use it and the charge is at one bar/one dot. Useless.

Don't buy this.

Directions were so small almost impossible to read even with a magnifying glass. I bought the least expensive one but would recommend looking into the one that costs more. I returned it.

Charged it up and plugged a phone in and got 10% on my phone and was dead. They did take it back and refund my money though.
