Disappointed, loses charge very quickly.

I could be wrong but it seems like it continues to lose charge when the cable is connected even if the phone is unplugged. I was traveling and missed the 2 week return window, otherwise I would return this.

Only 1 LED light, and cannot charge the phone. It may be the cord? Any recommendations to replace the cord? I would like to try this before buying another brand.

Unreliable.

You have to push the button again and again and often disconnect and connect the power cord before the phone will charge. Sometimes it never does.

Get a fast charging usb c cable and it chargers really fast. This device can charge my phone IPhone 12 Pro and air pods 4 times. This was on sale for $39.99
