It Doesn’t Come With Everything You Need

I gave this three stars because when I needed to use it, it doesn’t have everything you need to plug it in and charge it back up. It needs a universal USB AC adapter and that is not included I didn’t notice that when I ordered this. It will not connect to the one I have.

Thank you for sharing this. Please try a full battery reset by completely discharging the power bank until it turns off, then recharge it to 100% without interruption. This helps recalibrate the internal battery management system, which can sometimes misread capacity and cause sudden drops.

For the fastest results, we recommend using a wall adapter that supports Power Delivery or Quick Charge 3.0 to reduce the time it takes to get a full charge.
