    I had to unfortunately return this battery bank. It came out of the box with a 75% charge which was excellent and I was able to charge it to 100%; however, when I was using the bank to charge my iPhone it would stop charging for no reason. When I unplugged and plugged the cord back into my iPhone the device would charge again but wouldn't stay connected very long. This isn't ideal and btw yes, the cord worked to charge my iPhone via a USB port in my vehicle so it wasn't the cord. I didn't want to risk dealing with a manufacturer warranty so I returned it. Btw this product does NOT come with a cord to charge your phone... I was told that it did even though after I asked for proof and was just shown the charging cord image on the back. Lol
