The best buy we purchased it from has a no return policy on battery banks which means we are out the cost of this purchase.

The fact that it has 3 charging ports is a big plus since it gives me the flexibility to charge a variety of electronics. It’s not heavy either.

I use it for internet serving and movie watching. Gotta Keep the portable battery charger charged at all times
