    Purchased in June, stopped working by October. When it worked the product was a beast - It would charge everything!! We liked the fact that we used it several times, charging our phones on various outings, before it needed to be charged. Sent email to [email protected] 3 weeks ago when the product no longer worked. Product is still in the 1 year manufacturer's warranty period - no reply. So the lesson is - beware of energizer customer support!
