I thought it would be much improved from the last one I bought 3 years ago. But it appears yo work the same and it wasn't on sale.

Missing USB-C Charging Cable

That part I am pleased. The part I am not pleased about is that the package did not come with a USB-C cable. The instruction manual clearly shows 4 items should be in the box. 1. the battery charger. 2. User manual 3. Charging cable 4. USB-C Charging Cable When I asked the C/S Rep at Best Buy he said that Energizer never puts the USB-C cables in the package and I would have to contact Energizer and ask them why. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this item.

Not very "portable" despite description. Will add substantial weight to whatever backpack, computer bag or purse you are carrying it in.

Bad investment, not warrantied by Energizer either

Then would Would lose battery super fast when charging even just a phone. Come to find out, this isn’t even warrantied by Energizer despite what I was told. It’s warrantied by a company in Taiwan called TennRich that you can’t call via phone & I have been unable to reach to get an exchange that should have been a simple thing to do. Don’t buy this product….. Just don’t.

Horrible

I was really dependent on this battery pack for my trip to Japan. And man oh man did this thing anger me. Aside from being bulky and heavy, it takes FOREVER just to get to 75% charge. I literally never saw it fully charged even though i charged it overnight. When it does actually charge, it loses charge at an extremely rapid and unfair way. I was seriously questioning it and debated tossing out in a trash can in Shibuya. Instead im going to be returning this asap and getting every penny back out of it. My phone was left dead numerous times because of this product!
