Don't buy Energizer battery banks

Don't waste your money...will not keep charging

This thing will charge up; but it doesn't continue charging anything you plug into it. Didn't realize it until after the return policy had expired, so I'm out the $100 I spent on two of them. Totally worthless. Don't waste your time or money on them. Thought the brand name would be worth it -- wrong. From now on, I'll stick with the no name battery packs that cost a fraction of the price and actually work.

Buyer Beware

Stopped functioning properly stop lighting up. So you could not tell if it’s powering your cell phone. I first I thought it completely died. It still charges but this product turned out to be very disappointing considering the manufacturer is Enigizer. Buyer beware. .

Short Battery Life

Either defective or incredibly useless

I used it to charge my Samsung Galaxy by a mere 30% and the battery has completely died.

Instructions should be obvious, but the included instructions were garbage and on line videos were about as helpful as not watching them at all. I'm hoping that I got a bum unit - took it back and replaced it with the 10,000mAh unit as they didn't have any more 20,000. Meh.

Worst buy

I do not believe that the two-year warranty on this item is real.
