    Only reason for two stars is that it does in fact charge my phone... With a cord. Wireless charging was very touchy the ONLY time it worked, cannot get it to connect now so a cord is necessary. The pack is huge, heavy and doesn't last very long. I would return the device, however I cannot find the packaging after the Christmas shuffle. (iPhone 11)

    I really like the fact it is a wireless charger battery but it has an issue of not reading or capturing the phone to be able to charge it. For sure if you have a case it will make it harder to read to charge so I have to be taking the case off to charge and I personally don’t like that but the worse thing is that even without the case sometimes it won’t read the phone.

    It takes awhile to charge up. Then if your phone isn’t practically flush with the device it will disconnect and turn itself off. Best when used with a cable. Wireless charging is nice, but still needs improvement for it to be practical.
