Worked fine for first month.

Flashing red light now (not explained in instructions). Hopefully energizer will respond to my customer services request. As of now it’s a pretty expensive 20000mAh battery.

First we will start with the charge indicator. It never shows a full charge. It will always show one light out. How about the product physically. It’s a brick. Don’t swing this to hard on your bag. It might knock someone out. Now the biggest problem of them all. The wireless charging DOES NOT WORK!!! How does that not work. So confused. Overall I would not recommend I’m sorry.

I will not recommend it due to Micro USB to charge

Defective...would not hold charge more than 12 hrs

After charging this device you can charge an iPhone 11 from 50 percent to about 85 percent and that is it. After disconnecting my iphone from this it degenerates to having no power over about 10 hours. It is useless after the partial first charge. Clearly defective but Best Buy refused to take it back and Enegizer doesn't answer. Junk. I got screwed.

Qi wireless charging never worked for me!

I have multiple power banks but none with a Qi charger so I jumped at the chance to have one to use with my iPhone 11pro Max. Unfortunately, it is now just a heavier brick than the others without the use of the Qi portion that I planned to use it for since I can never find a charging cord when I need one. I would not recommend it until Energizer fixes the Qi issues.
