Broke down after a year of using

I usually use it when I am traveling out of town. After 11 months since I bought it, it does not anymore charging properly. It will charge for about 3 minutes and it will stop. I need to reset the charger to make it working again. But again it will stop charging after 3-5 minutes. I will not recommend this product to anybody.
