    I was only able to fully charge my phone once with this battery pack. And I don't mean it has a low battery capacity, it failed to hold any charge after the first use.

    The idea of a portable charger's a good one, but this device was difficult to be sure if it was on or off. Directions were so small almost impossible to read even with a magnifying glass. I bought the least expensive one but would recommend looking into the one that costs more. I returned it.

    Bought An open box they had said was tested and worked as it should. Charged it up and plugged a phone in and got 10% on my phone and was dead. They did take it back and refund my money though.
