It works but I wouldn't buy it again. Sometimes it will not connect to charge an iPhone...

Decent buy, doesn’t last a long time though, but if you need a wireless charger go for it.

I bought this as an open box and I charged it for 6 hours (charging on the side) then next morning I charged my iphone 8 using the Qi and there is no charge. I even tried my power cord , also no charge, so I returned it. Why the heck will Bestbuy put a sticker in the box saying its functional and no defects when it doesnt work at all? I asked the Geek squad to test and and they said they cannot test it, so I asked for a replacement. The replacement I have to pay the difference in price. Why would I do that when bestbuy just sold me a defective unit? Crap service by best buy.

I purchased it to charge cellphones while being out road trip. Unfortunately, I had to return it next day because it didn't work wirelessly. It seems defective.

Did not hold a charge. Very heavy and not convenient at all.

Works as it should but doesn’t hold charge long and takes over an hour to charge my iPhone when battery is under 25%

I bought an open box or at discount for some other technical reason, well I return it as it wasn't able to charge was slow and the wireless which was my main point to buy it was really bad you needed to place the phone in an exact position on top of charger otherwise didn't charge at all, you have to constantly be looking at it otherwise you waste you time the most minimum movement stop the wireless charge

I bought this for my son who was participating in a charity bicycle ride. The ride was an over 500 miles / 7 day ride to raise money for cancer research. He used it 24 hours for 5 days before having to charge it. After that the other riders were trapped in their tents and couldn’t access their belongings because the weather had become so bad that they weren’t allowing any of them access to their belongings. Which of course is where their phone chargers were. Because of the power capacity of this item combined with the wireless charging capabilities my son was able to pass it from tent to tent meaning many of the riders, regardless of what type of phone they had riders were able to communicate with their families

Charger does not last long and takes a long time to charge. I'll probably return it because it is not living uo to the claims on the box.

It worked great and the beginning but 1 yr later had to throw it away because it wouldn’t charge. Not very happy about thst

No good didnt even last me one year, bought it Jan 2021 and it stopped retaining charge in September 2021

I would of give a zero. For the price, it’s The worst charger, didn’t even charge anything, power it on and it kept shutting off, didn’t stay on to charge. Returning itASAP
