The portable is pretty good, it takes a long time to charge but that's because it won't go down fast at all. The only issue's I've seen are that my phone battery won't go up, but it also won't go down at all. The other issue is the weight, but that's to be expected so I didn't let it affect my rating. Overall, good for someone who's out a lot and needs a long lasting portable, don't expect it to actually charge your phone.

The hand strap broke/tore off almost immediately. It’s got some serious weight to it so it would have been nice to have a strap that didn’t break so easily and immediately. It takes a longgg time to charge BUT once it’s charged it works very very good. Charges my phone fast and I still haven’t had to recharge it yet. If the strap didn’t break/wasnt so thin and flimsy, would have gave it a 5

Great charger able to charge multiple devices at once, fast charging & long life support for the battery. Usually charge it over night when it’s low and won’t need to charge it for a week. Great experience with the charger, had to get one for my wife to!

Great! Much better than the old Energizer 30k mah I used to have. That thing was so SLOW and drained fast. Took a full DAY to charge from 0 after use. But only lasted probably 3-6 hours charging. But this one. Much better. Charges fast. heavy but robust. People ask me what is that a portable battery?! Haha I definitely Will get another one eventually.

Too heavy for being a portable battery bank. Though heavy it serves it's ourpose.

Great battery pack for users on the go. Tons of power to be split amongst devices and multiple different ways to charge. Heavier and bulkier than expected though.

Its not too heavy and seems well made. At 30w charging it takes about 7-7.5 hours to charge. This charged my 11,200 mah tablet battery from 0-100% pretty slowly, 4 hrs, but there was still 70% left on this power bank, thats insane! If i had a complaint it would be it doesn’t show how many watts its inputing or outputting. Other than that its been great so far. I haven’t owned it for long but I hope it lasts for at least 2 -3 years

This power bank is awesome. I am getting about 170 hours of charge time for my iPhone. We also have rechargeable lamps for when the power goes out. My husband and I loved this power bank so much that we bought another one so we always have one fully charged at our disposal. We purchased these on sale for almost half price.

i got this to replace a ten year old 12,000 mAh power bank. this has become a mini usb power station in my backpack. i have been getting around 4 charges for a 7,500 mAh phone, 3 for a 5,000 mAh tablet and some charges for some other much smaller mAh batterys.

Love this Energizer Portable Charger. Fast charges my iPad and phone quickly without draining the charger, has a lot of charges for my iPad and phone. Lost count on how many charges it has but it’s plenty. Take it with me on trips to family or just riding along just in case my iPad or phone charge runs low. Highly recommend this Portable Charger.

Great battery and fast charger and the battery last pretty long time

Even though it’s big and it takes a long time to charge to 100% it charges objects fast and the charge last longer.

Lasts a very long time instruction said to charge it and then drain it back down and what a chore that was had to leave the light on and plug it in to all my devices and then that took 3-4 days!

10 out of 10 life saving very useful definitely recommend this item

It’s a bulky battery so not great for daily use. Great for camping or could be used as a backup. Flashlight is a plus.
