Alas, that is not the case. I have several of these type of devices. My car, work, purse, and nightstand. I picked this up because I had a gift card. It's the worst and MOST EXPENSIVE one of these I own. The wireless charging overheats, it charges my device MAYBE 13% before going dead. Again, I own several of this type of device. This entire product is a lie! All of mine are the same specs. I have three phones. All different types. It fails on all of them. I thought maybe it just wasn't meant for Android, but even iPhones don't charge well on this. Save yourself the money and spend 15 on a charger from a different web site.
