If you need a device to work when you need it to I would suggest going lithium and not chance having the device not work due to using normal batteries.

With constant usage, they really do last much longer than regular batteries, which is incredibly convenient plus gives peace of mind.

Ends up being about the same price. I will be making the switch to these higher end batteries.
