Good microphone; had difficulty setting it up

Trying to start it up was extremely difficult. Also, I could not get through to the Geek Squad to help me do it. I was lucky to find a personal friend who walked me through the difficult instructions. She had a similar problem with a microphone not bought from you.

These are the best lithium batteries on the market

Great battery for high energy demands.
