Granted, they are pricey but, in my opinion, they are worth it, as they do last quite a bit longer than any other batteries. This is the only kind I will use with my digital camera.

I found that regular alkaline batteries tend to drain quickly especially in the cold. Switching to lithium these batteries pack a good punch for battery life without having to carry alot of backups.

Normal Duracell batteries weigh almost double the weight so it gets the job done for what I needed them for. Hopefully they last long but so far it's been good.
