Not worth the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't want a cheap one that would blow dust around, so I bought this Ionic Pro Turb. It sure is quiet! I can't hear it run at all. My biggest problem is that it needs to be cleaned every day! When I clean the blades as the instructions indicate, it must dry for a long time before using again. Within an hour of turning it on again, it needs to be cleaned again! The air quality in my room is good to begin with, and when I wipe the blades, they are already clean! My next step is to contact the manufacturer. Itis never running, so it's not worth the money.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Shortly after a year (1yr and 4mths) the Ionic Pro stopped working. The problem: It turns on and after a few seconds it turns off. I called the company and they told me that it is not under warranty and that device can't be fixed even if I wanted to pay for the repair. They told me straight, "you have to buy a new one"! They don't sell individual parts. At $170 this purifier is garbage. I recommend researching the product's perfomance on online blogs. Search for" Ionic Pro turns off after a few seconds" or "ionic pro turns off" see for yourselves. Better yet call the company and ask them what happens after the warranty period ends and if there are parts available for purchase.

Broken in 2 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plus I made the mistake of buying their "Black Tie Protection" which got me no where. I purchased an purifier, printer, & ceramic heater that were all broken within 2 months. Don't buy from them!
