Purchased a Dell laptop from best buy and have had nothing but trouble with it. The HP has worked get right out of the box with no problems. Runs fast. So far great computer

Great PC

I have a big music collection and I needed a pc that could handle it. Although I haven't gotten used to having 2 separate hard drives, the fact that I have 12gb of ram is excellent and the pc runs pretty fast.

The SSD makes this a great machine

The case FRONT is nice and the plugs and aux ports are on the front top - the rest of the case is basic steel painted black... kinda eh for "envy" level.

Decent desktop, not great

That likely is a Windows update thing but it will hang all night. I do a hard restart and it's fine. I don't have this issue with my other Windows 10 products.

The laptop meets all my needs and is very user friendly. The light up keyboard was purchased just for fun, but is very easy to use and I am happy that I bought it.

Tower

I had to go to Killeen to get it because the Temple store didn't have any left. The only thing I didn't even have it for long and it started coming apart. I didn't bother returning it again.
