This computer has 2 drives, works very fast. Has good storage.

Actually bought 2 systems. There is a serious design flaw. When moving files over to the new system and using the preloaded icons, it default saves all pics/vid/movies/files... to C drive. Wasnt so easy to redirect files. Other than that the sytem is quiet, fast and seems to be working fine. Already called HP to make them aware.

Computer works as promised-is fast and powerful. Did have one glitch initially, there was a problem when the machine went to "sleep" and would not wake up without a hard reboot - had the Squad look into it, and seemed fixed in the store at pickup but problem teturned soon after setup at office.

The speed of which this computer boots from pushing the button to when it is ready to work is amazing. Love the speed from the Solid State Drive and the 12G of RAM. Liked that it came with a combo wireless mouse and keyboard, but the keyboard has issues. If not for the keyboard issues this computer exceeded my expectations.

This computer boots very quickly with the solid state drive running the main operating system. Also has lots of additional useful features, 1 GB drive, optical drive, several USB 3 ports as well as many USB 2 ports, and more. Only complaint -- wish there was USB ports and SD Card reader on front instead of just top and back.

I ordered this desktop after my old computer had the blue screen of death. I talked to my IT person and he also called Best Buy about this desktop. He said it was a great little unit. After installing all my files from a back up, it has been great. Came with Windows 10 already installed.

I work from home reviewing medical records. Sometimes I have as many as 6 windows open, and my laptop (which is great) couldn't keep up. The BestBuy staff helped me choose the right system and monitor, and I couldn't be happier. The GeekSquad has also been outstanding. I'm so pleased.

I purchased this to replace my computer at work. Our tech guy had recommended it since I needed a new computer asap. The computer does everything I need it to and doesn't seem to be sluggish at all. I run Corel Draw on it and have had no issues. Very happy with this purchase.

I returned a Dell laptop with similar specs that was incredibly slow. I picked up this desktop and have been very satisfied. It is very speedy for a low end computer. Together with my Samsung Galaxy tab a 10.1 and this computer, I have a solid bundle without spending a lot.

This pc was on sale so I decided to give it a try and I must say I'm very glad I did !! It starts up and runs faster than any windows computer I have owned and with an upgraded graphics card that took maybe 10 minutes to put in, it now runs all my games flawlessly.

This is a good computer for a business. The only problem (not just with this computer but any computer today) is that it has no expansion lots and power supply is not strong enough to power them if it had them. Special Note almost all new have this issue.

I don't really notice that this computer is that much faster than my old one, but for the price, this computer is fast enough for my needs, and the clean new version of windows 10 is much better than upgrading from windows 7! Still having hang up issues with some programs, however.

This computer is so fast it reacts before I even click the mouse! Furthermore, it syncs so well with my phone, calendar, etc that I feel more organized than ever. Spent a lot of time researching this purchase, and feel I made the best choice.

I was happy to walk in and find this open box computer. It was built with the specifications I needed for general home use and It will last a while as far as speed goes. It is right up there specification wise with new models for home use.

Bought this as a family computer. Overall, solid pc. It’s not the top of the line, but well worth the price I bought it for (on sale) and is plenty capable for every day use. Bought a set of HP 25” LED monitors that paired nicely with it (also on sale).

Got 2 of these computers for my boys age 12 & 10. They play some basic games like Roblox etc daily. They're very happy with them. They have extremely fast start ups & run very fast, with no lagging. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

My HP computer finally started having problems after 6 years of daily use so I knew I wanted another HP. Found this one on sale and tried it. Extremely fast start up and I run Photoshop and CAD software without any issues at all...

So far this has been a great desktop. It has met all my criteria for a lower price desktop and still being a fast processor. The software upgrades have been flawless which shows HP and Microsoft compatibility to be nearly seamless.

This is a reasonably priced computer for the options it includes. I have had good luck with HP products. We use these in an office setting using Microsoft Office and web based programs. I would recommend this computer to others.

I didn't need an all frills computer, but wanted one that would serve my basic needs. This computer is all that and more. I would recommend it. the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because there aren't enough USB ports within easy reach.
