Not a fan of the way the DVD is set up. Not a fan of where the ports are located. At the top of the tower, very inconvenient.

Read the specks on Best Buy site and it said it had four three USB3.0 and four USB2.0, suppose to have eight ports. Only has six ports. I guess you should read HP specs before you buy. They also gave us a Kaspersky virus protection and then computer went on sale, we came back for the credit and they deleted the virus protection so you couldn't use it.

This was a bad computer. It was fast. But it didn't even last a month before it developed mother board problems. Hp doesn't do a good enough quality check. No burn to check components. Lost a lot of time installing my programs only to have to do it again.

I am used to powering my computer and going straight to work with it. That being said, why in the heck did HP decide to store the Windows system on C drive, and make the data storage on D.

This computer stopped working 13 days after I purchased it. Good thing it was within the 15 day return policy so I was able to take it right back to Best Buy instead of dealing with HP. I got an iMac instead. It was only a few hundred dollars more, but I know it will last years longer. Thought I would try out a PC, but never again.

Absolutely the worst HP product I have ever purchased anywhere. It crashes continually and has so many memory faults it is not even funny. Stay away from this model. You do not want it. Also, who in the world thought it was wise to put the ports on top of the computer...dumb, dumb, dumb. Totally dissatisfied. I want my money back.

I bought this computer because of the HP reputation for quality. Boy was I wrong! The computer worked for two or three days and then died. I took it back within the 15 day grace period and I exchanged it for a similar computer from another manufacturer.

I was excited to receive my new desk top But Holy catfish, from the unboxing/ to call tech support, nothing went right. The bottom line is when I could not down load type of soft ware...to it to the geek squad/ they told me they have never seen/ heard of anything like this. I boxed it up and returned it that day....

I haven't opened the box yet. I experienced my worst customer service to date at Bestbuy. I really needed a computer, which is why I purchased it despite of the service. But I may return it so the store doesn't get the credit.

I did not use my computer until the 15 day warranty was up. Heated up and shut down.

Never buy this product it was a mistake to buy this

I'm not used to the silence-- I replaced the power supply on my old PC and didn't pay enough attention to its noise rating. This one is silent under my normal usage with the occasional quiet fan kicking on. I couldn't find the DVD drawer; doesn't seem to be mentioned in the user's guide. I finally opened it using the Explorer, and the front vertical bar on the unit popped open; the drawer is vertically mounted behind that. You probably want to open that first before opening the drive. No issues with anything; busy copying and reinstalling stuff off my old PC. Zippy quick. I'm not a heavy gamer, just the occasional flight sim; nor do I particularly stress a system-- this should keep me happy for a good long time.

Runs like a champ! Bought this to for Photoshop purposes.. So far so good! If I have an issue I will update later!
