THE COMPUTER GRAPHICS & /OR ANIMATION CINEMATOGRAPHY IS AWESOME, BUT THE PLOT IS SO PREDICTABLE, COMMON LIKE AN ORDINARY DISNEY/FAIRY TALE STORY-MOVIE; THE VALUE OF GOING BACK TO NATURE & START SMELLING THE ROSES CANNOT BE IGNORED IN THIS FILM; THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE ENVIRONMENT & THE PRESERVATION OF OUR DWINDLING FORESTS IS APPRECIATED HERE; ALTHOUGH IT COULD HAVE DONE MORE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUNG MINDS & HEARTS WATCH THIS MOVE. IT IS THROUGH THE POWER OFANIMATION THAT SUCH VALUES SHOULD BE ENRICHED SO THAT OUR CHILDREN COULD BUILD & PRESERVE GREEN COMMUNITIES & CULTIVATE A MORE HEALTHY EARTH; NEVER UNDERESTIMATE A SIMPLE FLM LIKE THIS IS

The technical part of the movie would get five stars from me however the story was a bit lacking. This appeared to be a children's movie however due to the story content it was more for teens or young adults.

Nice 3D movie. Though the story is not great. I got what I wanted for the price. Nice 3D animation, beautiful colors and a story suitable for a 5 year old child. We did enjoy watching it.

I liked the action and adventure in the movie but the plot is very predictable. Also some kids movies try to add enjoyable elements for adults and this one didn't even try, or if they did it was well below me.

Digitally beautiful... I tried watching this with the two kids... No one really got into the movie after 30 minutes... I heard it gets better, but we shut if off...

Kids 10 and 7 really enjoyed this movie. Ok for the for adults. Will only watch from time to time. Good for the cost.

I thought the move was creative and had some great graphics. I don't have anything bad to say abou it but I don't think it's one I'll watch over and over again...but my kids will.

The use of 3d is okay... Not the best compared to Ice Age 4 or The Dreamworks animation movie, but better than most of the Disney Pixar 3D. Plot could have been better.

ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS; THERE ARE SEVERAL MOVIES NOWADAYS THAT ARE FAR BETTER THAN THIS STORY; QUITE COMMON BUT IT'S STILL A BEAUTIFUL MOVIE!

This is a cute movie, great for kids and kids at heart. Is it the best movie I've ever seen? No. But it's still good enough to warrant watching again.

Story did not capture the interest of my 2.5 yr old as much as say, Kung Fu Panda. Still a good movie that hopefully the kid will grow into.

This movie was OK. My daughter liked it but it felt like a movie I’ve seen before. Little people protecting forest.

EPIC is a good addition to our family movie collection with cool characters and actions, even it is kinda not quite epic as its title.

The film is very cute, it is good storyline. There are some scary images for smaller kids, but for 10 and up it's a good movie

This is an excellent movie but the 3D is not as noticeable as some #D movies. I would still buy it because it is a good movie.

The trailer made the movie look so much better, but it wasn't all that bad. great animation and ok story.

It's a kids' movie... got it for a kid. Fell asleep while watching it with my family, but the reviews I heard after were mixed.

I mainly bought this for the digital copy. Lots of traveling and it keeps my daughter entertained in the back seat.
