I'll start with the good. Extremely comfortable, even while wearing glasses and having big ears ha ha. That's a very difficult combination to win with headsets. Bad: Manufacturer is no longer supporting their headsets. I couldn't get the mic to work on Xbox series x. Microsoft decided to make accessories not work if they don't have the Xbox seal on the box. This product doesn't have the Xbox seal. Best buy needs to update all their accessories and remove Xbox support if the box doesn't have the seal. I will also note my tvs built in speakers are better overall than the sound out of these. These will be better than the average flat panel TV's built in sound, but if you have a decent TV the sound will probably be better in the TV than what I experienced. This could also be due to Microsoft making things not work properly for third party accessories. I am currently utilizing an LG B3 OLED TV for my gaming.

Performs well, just worried about whether warranty will be honored given that epos is being shut down.

These are great headphones, only complaint is they make your ears hot.

My son and his friend (both adults) purchased this same headset and both had the same issue. It wasn't a sound quality issue but just how it fits. For some reason it is very tight and puts pressure where it's situated around the bottom part of the ear covers and it becomes uncomfortable. They do look pretty awesome, though, with the green and gold! We had to return them to purchase a different headset for comfort reasons only.

Style and comfort are great. Would recommend buying the amp if you want better control and sound quality.

The best headphone i ever had, they work and i have no problem since i buy them.

To be honest, I was extremely disappointed with the loudness of the audio. No matter what I tried, at full volume, it was disappointingly quiet, and the Spatial Audio was very poor. I can give props to the aesthetics and comfortability, but that is it. The microphone was also pretty subpar. Not worth $100.
