Broken; first time use

Great in looks and great in value (if it worked, of course) but it was broken. Only the right side of the headphones had noise and the entirety of the left side including the mic was broken. That was my first time use too. I tried again afterwards and still, same thing. If you turned on 3D sound, both the left side and the right side of the audio in a game would both be playing in the right ear. Also, the audio was pretty quiet even though I turned the headphone volume to max and my console volume to max as well. Please fix this.

Sales that do not exist

The store reached out to another store, it said it was in stock, I paid for it and held it and drove across town to get it only to find out they could not find my order so I never actually got my item
