I have never been able to use this because there is one step that no one seems to be able to figure out to get it started. NOT at all like HP Instant Ink which I have used for years in my office. This has been so difficult that it has made me look in to other HP machines to replace this one.

Got Easy Replenish when I bought a new printer. Registered the printer with the manufacturer 3 times. Easy Replenish won’t allow me to finish the registration till I give the manufacturer my serial number. I did this 3 times. Nobody at Best Buy knows how to fix the problem. Total waste of time in the store and on the phone

I signed up for the easy ink replenish program but it does not consistently work. I got ink that I didn't need and now need a different color that is not being ordered. I keep getting warnings that the black is very low but the order is not being placed. However, I got cyan and magenta ink a month ago that I still don't need.

Completely as described and a great value to boot.

I have tried several times to register for this service and unable to do so. I have talked to Epson and they say it is a Best Buy problem, and Best Buy says it is an Epson problem. I have given up and will buy my ink from a different supplier since they can't make it work.

I signed up for this program and received the ink I was low on but then I got low on another ink color and I received an email stating that there was a problem and I would have to wait next month to receive the ink well I need the ink this month I’m going to cancel my subscription

I purchased the ink replenish when I bought my printer. I have been low on ink for 2 weeks now. When I call Best Buy they say I have to manage online. No one can tell me when the ink will be here and I keep getting the run around at the store. Do not purchase this plan.

The whole it was supposed to save you money thing was not true they sent me three colors individual and then charge me $23 and some change per color cartridge what I could have went to the store and paid $49.99 and saved $10 went with a HP printer and they're easy replenish program a lot better

I do not recommend this! Drove me nuts re ordering ink every other day!!! Was actually more of a headache than going and buying ink myself. And it never re ordered XL cartridges, only the little ones so it ordered twice as often

I've tried numerous times to set up the easy replenish enrollment and no luck. i keep getting emails saying my enrollment was unsuccessful. after 4 times trying i gave up. wasted my time and patiences. Paul

Impossible to cancel online and can't get anyone to help. As they say wrong dept and transfer me to someone else only to hear the same thing. Then to get disconnected. 4 times. Over an hour of my time wasted, I will just stop payments at the bank.

Replenishment contract does not work in timely matter constantly running out of ink. To order replacement ink cartridges hard to find on site. In effective response through chat assistance.

The worst printer that I have owned! I wasn't able to use the easy replenish option once because my printer for some reason won't connect to servers.
