Up until my sister raved about this feature I never thought it was really necessary. Now I realize you never run out of ink at a convenient time and this is perfect. One less thing to worry about.

I purchased this because it sounds like a great idea, but since I just got the printer I don't need to replace the ink yet so if it works as advertised it will be great!

This is great to have because now you don’t have to worry about watching when you are running low on ink. This does it for you and sends your ink.

Did not have a good experience with this program. Either got too much of one color or one of the colors ran out before the replacement came in a week later and I had to go to the store to buy the color so the printer would work. Then, I got a MP3 player shipped to me instead of the ink cartridge and I had to go to the trouble of calling to get a return label shipped to me. Have yet to see if I am going to be credited for the charge. Almost impossible to talk to a live person when you call Best Buy. Also, the black cartridge doesn't last. I have had to change it twice since I got the printer in June and I print very little.

I have never done an ink replenish enrollment before, so I think this is a great idea so I don't have to worry about monitoring how low my ink is.

It’s a great idea to have this ink set on automatic when you run low and you link it to your account to not worry about it. It’s perfect one less thing to worry about.

I was glad I didn't have to run to the store to get my ink refill; it came straight to my mailbox. No worries, no looking at ink levels; just came automatically.

I signed up for replenishment and thought it would be great knowing my ink levels were monitored and new ink was purchased/sent to be accordingly. Well I got one replenishment for my black ink. As my other ink colors ran out, nothing! As more of them ran out, still nothing. Three months later, I’m getting another auto replacement for a color. I did my research and found that it is cheaper to buy a package containing all the ink cartridge colors I need and in the XL size. So I canceled my replenishment plan and will purchase myself accordingly.

I love this program. I love that when my printer ink is low, Best Buy gets notified by the printer and sends me a new ink cartridge. I never have to worry!

Easy replenish for my ink works great( caught me by surprise the first time). I have not run out of ink thanks to this service.

Had a lot of difficulty setting up the Easy Replenish ink service. It actually took a few weeks and and not sure if it is setup properly. I have not found a way to check on the status.

We buy a Eason printer from Best Buy and needed ink refill got it at a good price and good quality

Haven't used the printer enough to run out of ink but the thought of having ink come automatically when i'm low is good so I don't have to run to the store.

I haven't had the need to use the feature yet, but expect that having Easy Replenish will eliminate the worry of running out of ink.

I ordered Easy Replenish at the time of my printer purchase with the promise I would not run out of ink, it would be automatically ordered when the supply was low. I thought it was installed but ran out of ink on black ink. The re-registration was frustrating like riding a merry-go-round and I thought I finally was successful after talking to a Best Buy representative. 24 hours later, it still shows that action was needed, and I have no notification of ink being replaced. I'm ready to scrap the whole thing and just buy ink on my own.

Very easy way to get ink when needed. The printer tracks when you need ink and then the ink is shipped to you free and with a discounted price.

When you are low on ink it will detect it and order your ink. Fast shipping. Great if you print a lot.

Excellent printer The Easy Replenish Program is a lifesaver It reminds me when my ink low n order it for me.
