    This was is a massive disappointment to me, because since enrolling in their Easy Replenish system for ink cartridges, two months ago, they have been unable to supply me with cyan cartridges, forcing me to buy multi-pack cartridges, which I don't need. Not nearly good enough! (HP's version of this was good.) No instructions on how to cancel on the website either!

    I signed up for Easy Replenish & it is anything but Easy. I completed everything on line or so I thought. I had missed a step but later did correct. Still did not work. I went into the store, that could not help me. I called & spoke to the Geek Squad 2x, they could not help me. Spoke to someone else & they had no idea how to help me. Basically I do not know if I am complete. I am out of ink & have not received any notification that I will be getting ink.
