To hard to install

Do not purchase this!

Best Buy has not been able to cancel it! We have received cartridges when we did not need them. The cartridges have very little ink. We have received three cartridges that don’t even match our printer! I have been trying to cancel this for a year and have spent several hours on the phone. We have removed the refill software from our printer!

Hard to set up
