    Amazin gpico projector sound and image was crystal clear, i personally juat wanst a fan of the adjustment part it was a little slow for my taste and im use to a more faster and smoother adjustment for the screen

    I have had the Epson EF12 for less than 3 years & both HDMI ports have stopped working. The first was after about a year of use & I figured it was a fluke. The second died after 2.5 years. 2 year warranty. Support had no help to offer. Parts aren't available for DIY repair. Certified Epson repair shop told me parts were $600 for a known, common issue on multiple models of Epson projectors... plus a couple hours of labor. Looks like my $800 bought me a 2.5 year product at Epson... & I can spend another $800 to repair it if I want another couple of years. I shouldn't have been impressed by how many hours of projection it promised... if the HDMI ports are designed to fail in 2.5 years. I now plan on writing this review on as many similar Epson projectors as possible... & hopefully save someone from getting scammed like me. Lord knows I won't be buying Epson any time soon.

    This is my first projector. The package is not sealed when i picked in store.Feels like already returned one.The major thing is everytime i switch on the projector i need to work on the screen alignment.There is no way i can save the alignment.Even though Auto keystone is disabled, Alignment keeps on changing even if there is a small change in position of projector when it is on.Sound quality is good.Best buy is charging 15 % restocking fee otherwise i would have returned it.

    The Bluetooth feature does not connect to external Bluetooth speakers,have tried even putting a Bluetooth adapter and still doesn’t work,and also doesn’t recognize my iPhone 12 with the HDMI Apple adapter.I’m really disappointed.I would not recommend this projector. Thank you

    Only used a 20 - 30 times, was in a tv room downstair and mainly used for watch a movie, less than 2 years old. Now it powers up, power light comes on, projector lamp comes for a couple of seconds and then goes off. Tried all suggestion on you tube but to no avail. Very disappointed, can not recommend this item...
