It worked great until it stopped working. Unfortunately I received a lemon. I have gone through the warranty process with Epson and I am very dissatisfied with the way they handled it. They gave me a defective device and now they aren't sending me a new replacement but one that has been used. They have told me that I should not worry because the used item has gone through Epson's quality check. Well apparently my brand new unit, which has proved defective after a relatively short time, seems to have slipped through the cracks. This makes me very worried about what may happen with a used replacement. I called several different phone numbers, got transferred several times on each call. Still, they would not send me a new unit. This is a reflection on the way Epson views it's customers. As long as you give them the money for the original product, that's good enough for them. I'm sure that this product has worked very well for many people. The reviews definitely show that. You'd better hope you don't get a defective item though. If you do, then you won't get much out of Epson.
