I had my eyes on this projector for a long time and it does not disappoint. It is a little trick to learn how to work all of the features, but once you learn, you’re good to go. Great product.

We've owned this projector for almost 2 years. In that time, we have gone through 4 of them. For various reasons. The 1st one worked flawlessly until one day it died (about 3 months in). After that, each replacement has died at on time or another, neither lasting longer than the bulb life. When these units die, they are not repaired, they are replaced with refurbished units. Here's the rub with that. We may have owned 4 units, but we've had to return 3 of the refurbished replacements due to the focus issue (google Epson 3800 focus issue, very first link will take you to a reputable av forum where it's discussed at length). Our current unit, at a year old, although flawless when we recieved it has developed the focus issue, which leads me to believe it is the LCD panel going out since at one time, it was crystal clear. The unit is ceiling mounted with no lens shift. (Read: perfectly centered to screen) so lens shift is NOT the cause. I have, replaced the bulb, replaced the HDMI cable, unmounted and put on a table (also, no lens shift required). When returning these units and getting back a refurbished unit, it is highly likely you are just in a pool of equally effected units. Since they dont repair them, mostly they just get a function check and new bulb before being recertified. If you must own this unit, do yourself a favor, get the BB protection plan because you will be returning it at least once, if not many times so you might as well be able to exchange for a new unit instead of a refurbished one. Plus you wont have to keep running off to FedEx to ship it off for a week. They do offer a pay up front drop shipment option that wont be kept once they receive your damaged unit but that's a $1700 hold on your card until they do. With the BB protection plan, after you return x amount of times, you can demand your money back in full as most states offer lemon protection laws. When it works and there are no focus issues it is an amazing projector but it's just not reliable enough to recommend. Looking for a new projector and brand now which is going to be tough since I do not like the image DLP projectors provide and Epson are the only consumer grade projectors with LCD that aren't 3x as much

Clear, crisp, and I was stunned to see how well it looked just displayed on my wall. A really great 4K projector on a budget. I was also pleased I could connect my blutooth headphones to it.

Excellent Projector. The 4K is amazing! Color is spot on. We use it in a small theatre room for movies and games, so far very very pleased with it.

This unit was a bit larger than I wanted, however, once I attached it to the mount on the ceiling, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and how easy the configuration of the picture was to complete. Picture quality is better than expected. Pleasantly Surprised!
