Fantastic picture quality. We had an earlier epson projector and decided to upgrade to 4K, we were amazed by the improvement. Works great for movies, tv, and video games.

The picture quality is excellent,so far so good I liked it.

We do not have a whole lot of experience to compare the product with as we are an entry level user looking for a decent video quality and have been quite satisfied with the purchase

Beautiful picture! I use it mainly outdoors at night. The only con is It does have to pretty dark in order to see a good clear picture, but for the lumens it is to be expected.

Love this projector and really anything from the Epson line. Quality is great and it was easy to use and set up. Purchased with the Epson mount and it works perfectly.

This replaces an older Epson. The upgrade to 4K is very noticeable as well as brighter picture. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great picture on a large scale. Easy to setup. Well worth the money.

It was between this and a benqtk850. Had them both. It not faux 4k it more of faux 2k. 4 million pixels vs 8 million pixels. I chose the benqtk850 due to picture quality. This is nice! But benqtk850 was better overall picture quality.

While picture quality is very good, it is not great, as black is not completely black, but more of a gray color. Also, this projector is as dumb as it gets - no witeless lan to playback video from a local network drive or computer (not possible even with plug in wifi adapter). Impossible to playback anything from USB memory drive (you can only use USB drive for firmware updates, or project still JPEG images - why name it home CINEMA projector? Cinema has moving talkies). No built in tuner. No built in Android TV. Nothing when it comes to any kindof intelligence! Time to return and get a Benq

I bought this projector because the tk800m I had was not the proper throw ratio , the tk800m was solid but this 3800 from Epson has 10 times better contrast ratio mathematically , it also has more HDR settings then the benq. This projector is very flexible it has lens shift horizonal and verticle and keystone correction which all work great .

Clear picture, deep contrast, really good projector. The only issue is the throw distance sucks, 10’feet you get 104 inches
