Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Home Cinema 3800 4K 3LCD Projector with High Dynamic Range for its exceptional picture quality and brightness. Users find it relatively easy to set up and appreciate its minimal noise level and helpful HDR. However, some customers have reported issues with focus, particularly in the corners, and have noted that the projector is large and somewhat heavy. Additionally, a few users feel that the built-in speakers could be improved.

Wow suddenly everything looks amazing! I didn't realize how crappy my old projector was until I brought this puppy home and no everything is so crisp and clear! Who knew all those textures existed! Love the configurability as far as throw length/size and all of that. So nice to be able to set it up where I want it and still get the image size I want.

Great home theater projector! Great bang for your buck! This is our first projector but decided on a projector to have a more theater experience at home.

I tried out a few projectors that I ended up returning because I didn't have enough space to get the display how I wanted it. This projector was very easy to set up because of the lens shift, as well as the corner correction. Picture quality looks very good, we've watched a few movies on a 120 inch screen and the picture looks better than I could have imagined.

I have a 180" outdoor silverscreen that I built a frame for and I use this projector with that. It works great but you will need to spend some time adjusting color settings and HDR for optimal viewing & brightness, especially for outdoors (do some research). I just wish the focus was a little more fine tuned or automated.

Awesome projector! Made our family movie of 20 a huge success! So many compliments on the clarity, color and sound. It was a scary movie making it dark which was no issue for projector. Owned a cheaper projector previously HUGE upgrade so worth the money

Bought it on sale and so far so good. I did notice it has a small piece of dust/dirt on the inside part of the lens (not outside) that may require service to get rid of but nothing I worry to much about. Overall projector is good, just didn't like to manual knobs for the screen adjust, but picture quality I couldn't beat for this price point.

I like it so far… this is my first home projector, so I was excited to try it out.. so far I have only had a chance to use it on the wall, but now that I like it more, I want to buy a speaker system and a Home Screen to use it in..

As expected. The 3800 also offers good placement flexibility, especially for the price, starting with the 1.62x zoom lens. The vertical and horizontal lens shift function gives you even more flexibility of placement. Brightness is excellent. Works well even in a bright room. Had some issue with connection to my Mac book. Searched online, it looks like Apple's issue, not the projector. Have not tried a real 4k video projection, will do it sometime later.

Great picture from a pixel shifting projector. The HDR is amazing and gaming is an added plus! There have been concerns about the sharpness but I have uniform sharpness across my image.

We had another version of this that lasted 4 years. We like the picture clarity and the sound. My son loves playing the PS5 on it. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

Very easy to set up & the image was very sharp. The remote has so many features that it might take some time to figure it out. Did not find that the fan was too loud like some reviews I read on this product. Overall, I am quite pleased with this product so far.

Great color, brightness, contrast. Perfectly focusing the 3800 can be a bit frustrating, however. If you want a 4k projector, and still want to view legacy 3D content, there are fewer and fewer projectors to choose from. This one fits the bill. As a bonus, it even uses my old 3D glasses from the Epson Home Cinema 2030 I replaced it for.
